Louise is ultimately rude and senior management take over 12 days to reply if you disagree with their opinion they put down the phone they give out your private information to a 3rd party and thinks that acceptable and if you try tell david davies himself he is just cocky and rude and refuses to take any remarks that his staff are anything but 100% perfect
While I initially thought the professional approach of this company would meet my needs, in the event I was extremely disappointed by the service received. Communications were incredibly frustrating and instructions were not followed. I would definitely not recommend this company.
